what do i do if my shipment arrives damaged?
please email us at hello@drinkvacancy.com with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable, and we will ship you replacement product free of charge.
what do i do if i want a refund?
in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with Vacancy, please email us at hello@drinkvacancy.com within 7 days of receiving your package and we will refund your purchase.
